3M™ Lane Marking Applicator M1 applies safety and vinyl tape to floors with greater ease and accuracy for marking traffic lanes, storage boundaries and safety zones in warehouses, manufacturing plants and factories. People given the task of applying safety tape will appreciate our applicator because it will save them from crawling on the floor on hands and knees. Instead, the applicator allows a person to remain standing and simply walk down the aisle while the tape is dispensed and securely applied to the floor. There is no need for bending, kneeling or crouching to apply safety tape to a floor. Applying safety and vinyl tape becomes a quick and simple job with our lane marking applicator.
Our applicator helps improve the precision and accuracy of applying safety tape to floors, too. When the person doing the application is standing, it's easier to see that the tape is being applied in a straight line. When kneeling on the floor to do this task, the chance for error with the tape meandering or being applied in a crooked line greatly increases because the person doing the application lacks perspective. Plus, it is physically taxing to have to kneel or crawl along the floor to apply tape. Our applicator reduces the unpleasant physical demands of this job.
By making safety tape easier to apply, our applicator often boosts compliance with using safety tape in short-term or temporary situations. If applying safety tape to floors is difficult, workers may be tempted to skip applying it for short term needs. This situation makes a warehouse or factory more vulnerable to workplace accidents. That's why it's wise to have our 3M™ Lane Marking Applicator M1 in a workplace. It makes workers more likely to apply safety tape because the job is so simple.
By observing the needs of workers in real workplace environments, we designed our 3M&
