Frequently Ask Questions
Shipping times vary depending on your distance from our distribution center but typically arrive in 3-5 business days. We do however hold to our standard shipping agreement of 7 - 10 business days. Limited shipping options are available at checkout.
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we may adjust the shipping details as needed.
We are more than happy to help you whether it be a simple or complicated order. We are familiar with business needs and the frequency of specific needs, that is why we make it very easy to contact our center by phone or email. Use our "Contact Us" form below to reach us today.
Our Order & Returns policy page states that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return unless Prowess Global is at fault. In this case, you will need to fill out our return form and we will promptly provide a return shipping label. If you are not sure who is at fault, please contact sales@masterworksonline.com so we can better assist you.

We here at Prowess Global take your privacy seriously and do not share any account information with anyone outside of our office or 3rd party vendor without your consent. We establish strict security for our business and website which customer accounts fall under protection. We do however stress that your security is only as good as what we can control. We cannot be held liable for account holder neglect of User ID and/or passwords.
