  • Desktop operating systems older than the most recent three releases.
  • Mobile operating systems more than three years old.

Product Images: Some images lack captioning, tags, or proper descriptions.  We are diligently working with 3M to bring more product source images into compliance.

Video content: Some videos lack captioning, transcripts, or audio descriptions.  We are diligently working to bring more videos into compliance but have not yet completed updating all the videos. If you discover a video that is not accessible, please contact Prowess Global with the details.

Document content: Similarly, some PDFs and Word Documents may lack accessibility features because we are in the process of remediation and have not yet completed all the documents. If you discover a document that is not accessible, please contact Prowess Global with the details.

Infographics: Some of our infographics may lack accessibility via assistive technologies as we work to add accessibility features. If you discover an infographic that is not accessible, please contact Prowess Global with the details.
